May 31st - Our Garage Sale/BBQ Fundraiser went awesome! Thank you to all the parents and children from the centre who dropped in to support us!
With the school season coming close to an end we do have some children that will be leaving us this summer to go on to kindergarten! While we are very excited for them we are also sad to see them go! This does mean that we will have some spaces opening up in both our Infant and Toddler Centre as well as our 3-5 Centre. If you are interested in enrolling your child beginning July, August or September, please feel free to come in and take a look around or give our office a call at 250-478-8999. Please be aware that you will have to leave a message as Jenn does work directly in the 3-5 Centre with the children. We look forward to meeting you!

May 18th - The children had a great time with crazy hair day today, it was a bunch of fun had by all. This month is community helpers month and we all learning about local community helpers. Tomorrow the children are looking forward to the Victoria Salmon Kings mascot - and the best mascot in town in our opinion, making an appearance at the center. Ben, Jenn and many of the kids are fans of the Salmon Kings so they are very excited for this event.
Saturday May the 22nd the center is hosting a garage sale and barbeque fundraiser! If your interested please feel free to stop by anytime between 10am and 3pm. If you would like a tour of the Centre feel free to ask Ben or Jenn.

April 20th - Spring is here and Jenn's Little Bears will be helping our families and the centre with a spring clean up and fundraiser garage sale on May 22nd. All the money made at the garage sale will go to the centre!
Teresa has has her baby and already come in for her first visit! Caleb Gordon Fawcett was born on March 31, 2010 at 1:12 am weighing 7lbs 9oz. He has the biggest eyes!
In June we will have a three day a week space open on Monday, Thursday and Friday.
We are still accepting enrollment in our 3-5 centre for July, August and Spetember. The infant and toddler centre is full for these months currently, but we are keeping a waitlist for those interested.

March 1st - Spring is nearly here and our center has seen a few key changes since Christmas. Teresa and Taylor have now departed for their maternity leave. Taylor gave birth to her daughter Ella Jade on March 2nd at 3:53 AM, she was born a healthy 8lbs 5oz and 19 inches. We wish Taylor the best of luck with her year off with her new bundle of joy. In addition we would like to extend a warm welcome to 3 new educators at our center, Heather, Kristina and Mel. Currently, we are accepting enrollment for the upcoming school year when our 5 year olds depart to kindergarten. We are accepting enrollment for July and September for the infant/toddler center as well as the 3-5 center.

Dec 1st - December is here and we'd like to remind parents that the Christmas party is on December 11th starting at 4 and the children will be singing at 4:45. The children of the 3-5 center have practiced a few carols that they will be singing for the parents. Also, both centers will be closing at 2pm on December 24th. On Christmas Eve we will be having a pancake breakfast for all children attending that day which will take place in the 3-5 center.

Oct 1st - Fall is here and Sportball is back! Every Thursday an instructor from sportball comes and provides athletic training for the children in the center. Whether it's hockey,football or running and jumping around or over cones the kids really love it. This month we are also planning a trip to Galey's farm on October 27th in the morning for the 3-5 kids.

Sept 1st - Wow what an exciting first month that was! It was many of our little friends last month at the Center before they ship off to kingergarten, so we wish to say goodbye and good luck to Kody, Katie, Megan, Grace, Hunter, Kevin and Mitchell on taking their next big step forward. Next, we want to welcome all the new faces around the center as well as saying congratulations to the children that moved on from the toddler side to the 3-5 side, I know they were all excited to take the plunge.
